What are you talking about? Your English is great. Otherwise, why you started leaning Spanish?? i believe that nobody can say that he/she 100% masters a language. there is no such thing. I believe that learning a language is a beautiful thing, and I encourage everybody to find out which language he/she is interested in, then try to start learning it. 
I've met some Americans who'd love to speak other language than English! they are interested, but sometimes, they don't think that they can make it! My next target is Spanish or Italian. I love Italian, and I will be working on acquiring skills in Italian. I promise that I can do that some time in the near Future ;)
